1831K France 5 francs KM #735 or F#317

I am trying to make sense of all the different types of French 5 franc coins from 1930-1932. There are 13 of them. One that I am having trouble differentiating is the 1831K. How does one determine if it is a

KM#735 (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6003.html)

or a F#317 (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces196438.html)?

The F#317 has a "hollow" edge and is a "hybrid" but I am not sure what those two things mean. The other differences from what I can see on these two Numista pages are:

(1) The F#317 edge has 3 stars as well as the lettering; the KM#735 doesn't mention it has stars, but I am not sure if this is an oversight or not.

(2) The engraver of the reverse of the KM#735 is Tiolier. The engraver of the reverse of the F#317 is Domard. Although the engraver's name is obvious on the obverse of the coin, it doesn't seem apparent on the reverse.

Can someone who has experience with these coins set me straight? Mush appreciated.

one little fact to assist -
the edge lettering may be either incuse, which is translated from french as "hollow" , or the opposite, raised , bas relief.
