Question: What American science fiction film tells the story of a young man trained to be an assassin by a group of feminist researchers and given the mission of killing an official in charge of prostitution after World War III and has an American actor in the lead role and residents of the filming location in Europe in other roles instead of professional actors? The European location was chosen after the original location of Tangier could not be utilized due to the arrests of the American actor and crew on arrival in Morocco in 1974 and subsequent deportation to Gibraltar. The movie was shot in black and white and without sound (dialogue added later) and not released until about a decade later.

Taking Tiger Mountain (1983)

Congratulations smvdbrink! I thought this would take longer to solve but you guys and girls seem to have superpowers when it comes to searching out information. I had thought about asking for the Welsh title (movie was filmed in Wales).

One source indicated that star William Paxton (in one of his earliest roles) recruited women for the sex scenes by picking them up in bars by asking "Wanna be in my movie?" Another source indicated the whole original plot was reworked in 1979. There was also an edited re-release with an alternate ending with color footage from an IPhone. Probably one of the strangest films ever released.
