Add Proof for 1 Rial World Jerusalem Day!

I recently noticed that there is a proof coin for Iranian 1 Rial World Jerusalem Day. At least i think it’s a proof coin because it has a black chrome plate on it. I think the page needs to be updated.

​Now that i checked the internet and also iranian websites who sell these I couldn’t find any coin like this. So maybe it’s modified.
