Numista is a 7/7 24/24, so as such there's no “night” time, and I think the servers are in Canada, you see? Your eyes will roll before you figure out, when the robot is doing its job🙃

and I think the servers are in Canada,

I think the possibility to move the servers to Canada was only looked at, but it never happened. Only Xavier can confirm. 😉

It says in the Legal information tab of the site:

This site is hosted by the OVH company located at 2 rue Kellerman 59100 Roubaix Cedex 1, France, telephone: 09 72 10 10 07.

We don't need to know where they are (security reasons). It really doesn't matter where they are, as long as everything is doubled and backed up in real time on several sites….. then the robot's work can even be reversed, if it didn't do it correctly. (I suppose, since in my days, we knew how to do that!)

I would guess that the numista site magic robot follows French time 😜

We are also preparing new feature in which Robot will highlight possible errors in the catalogue and let referees check those. Basically human curated check where robot cannot be sure.

It has been since October since I’ve requested modifications from Referee of Trinidad and Tobago (Essor Prof) do we know if all is ok with him?

I love coins... almost as much as I love cats. :)

I have a roman coin 3 months waiting and I know friends are waiting this long too (maybe more), I know it is hard to find an expert in ancient coins, but I guess Numista could recruit a non-so-expert, but someone with relatively common sense to speed up the process.

I am not complaining since I know it is a free site and a non-paid job for referees, but I am seeing the delay as a discouraging and demotivational thing for members contributing to the catalog.

Hello, I have added several data to the Czech republic banknotes approx one month ago.. still pending…

any responsible referee listening?

Holiday time, which is OK, since all those people doing some of the work for us are volunteers after all, OK?

ok, I have read in other post, that 14 days is ok, one month and more should be reported.

There is no rule for it, and opinions are free. You have countries without referees, so what is your opinion of the response time for them?

I understand that it´s just a recommendation how to keep this page updated and alive. I don´t take it as a rule.

I'm just making some CR for Danish banknotes and the referee is reacting superfast < 24 hours.

I have a CR for Suriname, which is open since  the 5th of September this year, all the rest is taken care of.
