There are 2 errors on the subject coin.
The following comments appear:

In 1992, all coins were meant to have a wide "AM" of "AMERICA"; however, some were struck using the design meant for 1993 pieces (not using the proof, contrary to what the documentation says), resulting in some having a close "AM" of "AMERICA".
Below that is a picture showing the close "AM" with the statement "Struck with a proof die on a normal blank"
This is confusing and contradictory. Note that the 1992S Proof coin (and hence die) has a wide "AM". Also, the picture of the normal coin says "7,752,355,000 struck". It should be 4,648,905,000.

In 1998, 1999, and 2000, there were two different intended designs: those meant for regular circulating coins and those meant for proof coins. The design of the circulating coins was meant to have a wide "AM" of "AMERICA" whereas the design of the proof coins was meant to have a close "AM" of "AMERICA". Even so, some regular circulating coins were struck with the reverse proof design, and some proof coins were struck with the circulating design.
This is backwards. The normal circulating coins have a close "AM" and the normal proof coins have a wide "AM".

SjoelundWould I have to change my graphic?

Sorry for the delay.  I posted this so long ago that I had to re-remember what I was talking about.

For the first error, the graphic says, “Struck with a proof die” while the comment above it says, “not using the proof, contrary to what the documentation says” essentially saying to ignore that part of the graphic. All the dies for 1992 (the (P), D and S proof) had wide AM.  It wasn't until 1993 that all 3 die types changed to close AM.  So a 1992 ((P) or D) with a close AM was the result of using a 1993 reverse die (maybe proof, maybe not proof).  The mintage on the graphic is wrong.  To remove the contradictory graphic/comment they both should be changed to:

OK, now?

Yes for the graphic.  Thanks.

The second error is more straight forward.  Change needs to be:

The design of the circulating coins was meant to have a wide close "AM" of "AMERICA" whereas the design of the proof coins was meant to have a close wide "AM" of "AMERICA". Came looking for a report of this error and found this thread. Even though it was marked as “done,” the 1998 wide/close switcheroo error that rsirian1 reported is still present in the LMC comment section.
