I have just purchased a coin from this country

Szeląg litewski - Zygmunt III Waza Wilno mint 1617

However it has increased my Issuer count by one and not my country count. When you look at the Coin catalogue under the listing for countries and Territories, it is showing as a 1st level issuer and therefore should be a country.

If it is an Issuer, should it sit as a 2nd level issuer ?

Am I correct in thinking that countries shown this way should be Countries? Thanks Stewart
Hello Stewartdiver,
You already had a coin from the City of Elbing, which Numista considers as belonging to the "country" Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Therefore the "country" Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was already counted in the number of "countries" and your new coin didn't increase the count.
