Tax Tokens made in Prison

Hello,

While curating some new tokens in my collection, I can across some interesting information. The Colorado 2 Mills Tax Token:

Was produced using prisoner labor at the Colorado State Penitentiary. In addition to the note on the Numista page, this was discussed in a paper on the Penitentiary's history written by a volunteer with the Colorado State Archives.

What intrigued me was the similarity in size, composition, and design to the Oklahoma Tax Token:

I can't find any information if these were also produced in Colorado State Penitentiary or did both producers use similar planchets with a concentric ring pattern in the center.

Does anyone happen to know more about these Oklahoma tokens?

Thanks in advance!
That figures, I sure did not know that.
