Mint errors coins of Italian life 100

I just want to know how much can I sell my error coin of Italian life 100 P.?year 1976...how can I sell it? The error of this coin is at the back print flip backwards to the face of the coin.

I suggest you start with showing pictures of your error coin here. Without pictures it's impossible to answer your question.

It's not 100% clear what coin you're talking about, but are you describing coin alignment (↑↓)? Because that would be a completely normal 1976 100 Lire from Italy. To sell it for more than a few cents you would probably have to trick somebody somehow.

If this isn't the case, Essor Prof is right to suggest pictures.
