This one ( Deiotarus) just one known, and only as image on the paper, in the archives of the British Museum.
But I dont think it worth so much.. Just an interest of Kolhidians ( now Georgians) increases its price for Georgians.
By the way, I can swap it for this Deiotarus coi+ Tigranes the Great tetradrachm if You want

Have a nice evening.
I consider you an expert on Georgian coins,,Dato Mikeladze,,.
My question is : You are convinced of the authenticity and authenticity of this coin ??? So I'm not an expert or I don't know what kind of coins it is, but for me it is not authentic. ( I mean embossing and how to apply a new chemical patina)
But the photo itself on some peeling ashtray ( teapot )-definitely the recommendation of a specialist with a microscope.
I doubt. and I would be interested in your opinion on authenticity ,Dato Mikeladze,,.
Hello,
I dont have any coin expert degree.. Im just medical doctor. As for me it is ajthentic per distance.Even more ajthentic then a lot of slabbed antique coins.
I had in hands Tbilisi' one, and also I saw high resolution images from those museums. Patina is good for me , I think coin is just washed under water stream.
my own experienxe in this exact theme whispering me its good ,
yoirs

Ahoj Ivan
Ivan...This si not some peeling ashtray, but ancient roman oil lamp.
I apologize for the ashtray. Yes, every time I go out to promote something old , Putting it on an old artifact is misleading and suspicious of me. It's my deformity and prejudice resulting from life situations.
The coin was chemically cleaned and the patina was artificially applied. That's what I think. And I admit it can be real.
Congratulations on such a rare coin.
,, As for the old lamps, I have nothing against them, I bought this one in Italy.,,
Thank you for your answer and good health .
