Why is it listed as ND when it clearly says 1942 twice on the obverse, and 2/9/42 (September 2 1942) on the reverse?

Is just a mistake. Sulfur is going to fix it probably.

No problem. :)

It is done like that on purpose--a changed year could effect the members' collections, so if someone has the year-line marked as owned, as a fail-safe, most members cannot change the year.
