Description
This Dual Coin Proof Set was issued in by the RAM in 2009. The NCLT Proof 20 cent coin commemorates the International Year of Astronomy. Each year the United Nations General Assembly designates a theme to help draw attention to important issues worldwide. It was declared that 2009 would be the International of Astronomy.
The other coin was a standard $1 Mob of Roos coin in Proof Finish.
The coins were issued in capsules that were placed in a twin soft black plastic holder that was inserted into a cardboard slipcase.
