Drugi z czterech heraldycznych emblematów Normana Sillmana, moneta została wyemitowana jako część Rocznych Zestawów Monet na 1995 rok w wersjach Proof i Brilliant Uncirculated (105 647 sprzedanych egzemplarzy), a także indywidualnie w pakiecie BU z dostępnymi wersjami w języku angielskim i walijskim (23 728 sprzedanych egzemplarzy). Ponadto, moneta została również wybita w srebrnej wersji próbnej i srebrnej piedfort.


Druga edycja tej monety została wydana w 2000 roku z czwartym portretem Rank-Broadleya na awersie.
