Prowizoryczne monety; zanim Gwatemala była w stanie bić własne monety, miała stałe dostawy waluty z Boliwii, Meksyku i Peru. Monety te były następnie stemplowane przez władze lokalne, aby zapewnić, że ludzie zaakceptują je w handlu, ponieważ będą one wspierane przez władze regionalne.
