Chociaż podobne w projekcie do KM#111, te monety .4 zostały wyprodukowane przez Lojalistów w ich regionie. Projekt jest więc jedynie kopią tego z Mexico City. Niektóre z nich zostały wybite na doskonałych dyskach, inne na dyskach gorszej jakości.
