Considered the first silver coin of that size, ancestor of the future slightly smaller Thalers of Joachimsthal, and crown sized coins.
Guldiner is the contraction of "Guldengroschen", because this coin had the same value as the "Goldgulden" (3.3 g gold, 0.750 fineness). It was divided in 60 Kreuzers.
