This coin is part of the emperor Uroš (1355-1371) coins that have unintelligible inscriptions. Text on reverse isn't always the same with different letter placement. According to Jovanović catalogue another variant of this coin (12.51.2) has obvers like in a mirror so the horse and emperor are facing right. Only one example of this second variant is mentioned to exist.
