The commemorative token, designed by medal maker Eva Prousková, DiS., features motifs of two mountains in northern Bohemia. While the obverse side of the token is dominated by the Krkonoše Mountains with the Sněžka, the reverse side features the Jizerské Mountains represented by the Protržená dam. The composition is completed by typical plants.
