Double patriarchal cross type has many different variations. Attribution on some of these types is still debated among numismatists but with this particular one is widely attributed to Stefan Uroš (1355-1371), and not his father Stefan Dušan (1331-1355).

Reverse is featured with a displaced letters IC XC with X being made of 4 parts. Unusual variant where emperor seams to be standing on the right side and empress on the left, In a unusual reversed order. On almost all examples emperor is on the left and empress on the right. Reason for this is the very clear and prominent beard that emperor is wearing. However, emperor (figure on the right) appears to be wearing an open type of crown reserved for queens and empresses, so it could be an engravours mistake putting a beard on empress face.

СФb letters are also split with b being placed under СФ. Double cross is also featured with a ball on each end. Only Jovanovic has published similar example to this one claiming to be the only registered example. See reference Jovanovic 12.29.7

However example in Jovanovic catalogue is different on reverse with XC left of Christ with a reversed C.
