Two styles of prefix have been seen.
1. Prefix A plus six digit number. A00
2. Prefix A1 plus five digit number. Recorded on note number A1 40199. There is a gap between the first digit 1 and second digit 4. This might be a change in style of prefix, or may be just an anomaly in the numbering style.
