The note has a solid security strip which can be read under backlight. It has “ONE” and “$1” repeated on it:
On the reverse there is a pale blue iridescent ink strip. It has a design with snakes and “CBB” and “$1” repeated on it.
The writing on the iridescent ink strip is easier to read under infrared light:
UV activity at 365nm. On the reverse the iridescent ink strip absorbs UV light:
