Ten żeton charytatywny został prawdopodobnie wyemitowany przez duże żydowskie seminarium w Jerozolimie w latach 90-tych i 1900-tych XIX wieku. Bogaci członkowie społeczności mogli kupić 20 żetonów po cenie 10 par osmańskich. Następnie przekazywali żetony miejscowym ubogim jako pomoc charytatywną, którzy mogli je wymienić w seminarium.
