A modern replica of the infamous Ides of March denarius. The Ides of March are a day of celebrations dedicated to Mars, god of war. The day corresponded to March 15th in the Roman calendar. This same day saw the assassination of Roman dictator Julius Caesar, which Brutus was involved in.
