Banana and coffee plantation at background. Issuer name on top, face value in fractions on all four corners, in letters below guilloche, and on bottom; black serial #s, 7 digits with prefix letter, on both sides. Country name on left of guilloche.
Extra black overprinted serial number, 7 digits on right edge (not matching the others). Three titles for signatures on lower zone. Printer name on bottom edge.

Overprinted on P#13: New issuer name on sides of guilloche, below serial #s, and legend with issuing date in three lines on left edge. Three black signatures, with titles below the two on left.
