Two years after the attack in which he saved his life President Belzu, in devotion to the Virgin of Carmen, was built in the same place of the events, a Chapel called Rotonda de Sucre. Before the solemn inauguration given by the Bishops on October 5, 1852, the minting of Coin Medals of the cuts of 8 Suns, 2 Suns and 1 Sun.
