Issued by the National Bank of Kazakhstan (Qazaqstan Ulttyq Banki) on December 16, 2021, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of independence from the Soviet Union.
There is a very wide two-part strip that extends almost the whole length of the note and which can only be read under backlight. It has “20000” and “20” repeated on it:
