The Rs. 10 coin from the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) series, minted at the Noida Mint in 2021, was the first-ever Rs. 10 coin of the AKAM series, and the only coin of this type minted in 2021. While the 75th year of AKAM was actually in 2022, these 2021-dated coins were struck for just a few days, and then immediately stopped. This short production run ended up resulting in an extremely low mintage of just 1740 packets.
