FAKE OVERPRINT
It is first unissued banknote of Dinar for Republic of Srpska - 10 dinars 1992 with overprinted new value of 10 Milion dinars.
There are fake overprints on this banknote which were overprinted in offset technique. Serial number of fake overprint usually begins with AA5.
Only two survived straps of this original banknotes are known and their serial numbers begin with AA87 and AA86!
