W 1260 r. Kubilaj Chan ustanowił trzy waluty: pierwszą opartą na jedwabiu, drugą opartą na srebrze i złocie wykonanym z jedwabiu oraz trzecią opartą na srebrze i złocie wykonanym z kory morwy.
Wydaje się, że ta druga emisja była w obiegu i szybko została zastąpiona regularnymi emisjami Zhongtong.
