Obverse
Dwie siedzące kobiety symbolizujące przemysł i rolnictwo otaczają dwie głowy z nadrukowanymi różami w medalionach, po obu stronach wartości literami. W tle Merkury graweruje stelę. Artykuł 139 kodeksu karnego jest wydrukowany w kolorze różowym na niebieskim tle u dołu. Dwór "BANQUE DE FRANCE" jest zakryty czerwonym paskiem, a następnie pod starym dworem dodany jest dwór "BANQUE DE MADAGASCAR".
