Ignacio Zuloaga Zabaleta (Éibar, 26 lipca 1870 - Madryt, 31 października 1945) był hiszpańskim malarzem, jednym z najwybitniejszych w XX wieku. Zdobył wiele nagród i wyróżnień zarówno w kraju, jak i za granicą. Krytycy w Paryżu nazwali go "ostatnim wielkim mistrzem hiszpańskiej szkoły malarstwa".
