3 black signatures with red titles below at lower center. Serial #s 7 digits with 1 letter prefix and 1 letter suffix, black, vertical on left edge; red, increasing size on lower right. Perfect match printing device, stylized deer on upper left; can be see complete when looked with backlight. Issuing date on lower left.

This banknote is very similar to P# 149, but has added images on left (obverse) and right (reverse), where watermark area is placed on P# 149.

The banknote was worth 5 Nuevo Sol after the adoption of Nuevo Sol and it remained in circulation until the 5th April 1992 self-coup when it suddenly got discontinued and withdrawn from circulation.
