Budynek Rady Najwyższej znajduje się w centrum Kijowa, w dzielnicy Peczerskiej. Jest to miejsce, w którym ukraiński parlament (Rada Najwyższa) spotyka się na wszystkich regularnych i uroczystych sesjach. Budynek został wzniesiony w latach 1936-38 według projektu Wołodymyra Zabolotnego (Władimira Zabolotnego) w neoklasycystycznym ukraińskim stylu architektonicznym.
