Wielka Rewia Kalischa była wspólnym manewrem rosyjskich i pruskich sił zbrojnych, pokazującym ich przyjaźń w broni. Wzięło w nich udział ponad 60 000 żołnierzy. Po manewrach odbył się koncert z udziałem 2000 muzyków wojskowych, a na zakończenie odpalono 45 000 rakiet.
