W centralnej części przedstawiona jest stylizowana gałązka lipy w kwiatostanie, a na liściach gałązki nadrukowana jest wartość 2. Poniżej wartości liczbowej znajduje się napis LIPE. Na krawędzi górnego półkola nadrukowany jest napis REPUBLIKA HRVATSKA (Republika Chorwacji). Wzdłuż dolnej krawędzi, w centralnej części, znajduje się herb Chorwacji, po obu stronach herbu znajduje się starochrześcijański ornament pleciony.
