(en) The First International Numismatic Congress was held in Tokyo at the end of June 1990. The congress was organized by Mr. Okah, who is also the exclusive agent for the IGCMC in Japan and the Far East. Participants in the congress, in addition to representatives of IGCMC, included representatives of the national mints of the USA, Great Britain, Canada, France, Austria, China and other countries. The medal issued for this congress was ordered in Israel and includes a Hebrew inscription and Star of David.
