Egzemplarze dziesiętnego roku 4 dla warsztatu w Lyonie bez kropki po "Décime" na rewersie są refrapami, prawdopodobnie pochodzącymi z 1870 roku. Ryciny na tych egzemplarzach nie odpowiadają tym wykonanym przez Dupré dla tego typu.
Egzemplarze te są w znacznie lepszym stanie zachowania niż oryginały.
Poniżej przedstawiono główne różnice między rycinami a oryginalnymi narożnikami wyprodukowanymi przez Dupré. Jako przykład przyjęto kopię dziesiętnika roku 4 Paris:
