- Wydaje się, że moneta została wybita z upoważnienia Konstantyna I, a więc przed jego śmiercią w maju 337 roku.
- Napis "NOB C" umieszczony na monecie z 336 r., kiedy to Konstantyn wzmocnił propagandę mającą na celu legitymizację swoich synów jako spadkobierców tronu Konstancjusza II, Konstantyna II i Konstansa, teraz określanych jako "NOBILIS CAESAR" na bitych monetach.
- Uderzenie z rewersem "Chwała armii" w Konstantynopolu około 336-337 r. jest zgodne z kontynuacją walk i pokoju z Persami prowadzonymi przez Konstancjusza II pod zwierzchnictwem Konstantyna I w latach 335-336.
Cohen wydaje się nie wymieniać kropki w napisie rewersu.
